The present invention discloses an outer layer self-cleaning and inner layer antibacterial low-radiation film-plating laminated glass and a preparation method thereof. The film-plating laminated glass is formed by adhering two glass substrates, wherein the periphery of two glass substrates is adhered through a sealing strip and a sealing glue, the middle of the two glass substrates forms a hollow interlayer, a layer of a super-hydrophobic acid resistance and alkali resistance coating is coated on the outer layer surface of the laminated glass, a layer of an antibacterial negative ion transparent latex is coated on the inner layer surface of the laminated glass, and a film layer is plated on at least one of the two glass substrates and comprises a silver-containing metal plating layer. The outer layer self-cleaning and inner layer antibacterial low-radiation film-plating laminated glass has advantages of significantly-improved chemical stability, significantly-improved thermal stability, significantly-improved mechanical property, improved visible light transmittance after the high temperature heat treatment, haze reducing, long-term original shape maintaining under the acid-alkali environment, and no corrosion. In addition, under the illumination effect, the photocatalyst can effectively degrade formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene and other volatile (VOC) organic pollutants, and the efficient broad-spectrum disinfection capacity is provided.
