Study on purifying pigment from red leaf mustard on two type of macroporous resin.

The adsorption and desorption characteristics of macroporous resin to Red Leaf Mustard(Brassica Juncea Coss.)pigment were studied.The results showed that the best condition of adsorption temperature was 25 ℃,adsorption time was two hours and the pH of adsorption solution was 2-3.The best solution of desorption was 95 % alcohol with pH1.
