Design of Vibration Orientation Device for Thick Shell Mussel

In order to solve the problem of automatic directional arrangement of thick shell mussel and promote the development of thick shell mussel automatic industry, This paper proposes a directional device design based on mechanical vibration method. According to the shape and structure characteristics of the thick shell mussel, the important parameters of the vibration table and the ramp are determined, and on the basis of the proposed working conditions, the stiffness coefficient of the damping spring is 18.3N /mm and the adjustment range of angle adjustment device is 6.82°-14.85°. In order to avoid resonance of the directional device itself in the process of operation, Solidworks Simulation module was used to conduct modal analysis on the whole directional device, and the first six natural frequencies were found to be 38.46Hz, 40.199Hz, 50.325 Hz, 52.6Hz, 57.939Hz, 59.327Hz. The design of the vibration directional device can provide a new theoretical method for realizing the automatic directional arrangement of thick shell mussel, which is of great significance for promoting the development of the automatic arrangement of thick shell mussel industry.
