The invention relates to an efficient low energy consumption sewage treatment process and device. The device comprises a pretreatment precipitation unit, a hydrolytic acidification unit, an anaerobic/aerobic coupling biochemical treatment unit and a filter tank unit which are sequentially arranged, wherein the anaerobic/aerobic coupling biochemical treatment unit comprises an aerobic reaction unit, a microorganism reaction unit and an anaerobic reaction unit; the anaerobic reaction unit is connected with the microorganism reaction unit in parallel to feed water; the microorganism reaction unit is serially connected to the aerobic reaction unit to form a flow impelling system; and water from the anaerobic reaction unit passes through the microorganism reaction unit and enters the aerobic unit. Through hydrolytic acidification, micro-oxygenation and anaerobic/aerobic coupling processes, the treatment device disclosed by the invention can effectively shorten retention time of sewage and reduce sewage running energy consumption, thus reducing running cost; and biochemical sludge output is reduced through the anaerobic/aerobic coupling process. The sewage treatment device disclosed by the invention has such advantages as being impact in structure, small in occupied space, low in investment, free from quick-wear part on equipment, easy to manage and maintain and strong in resistance to impact load.
