Method for preparing one-dimensional continuous Te-Pd core-shell nanowires

2016
The invention relates to a Te-Pd core-shell nanowire preparing method, in particular to a method for preparing one-dimensional continuous Te-Pd core-shell nanowires. The method comprises the steps of 1, weighing 5-10 parts by mass of thin tellurium nanowires and adding the thin tellurium nanowires into a beaker containing 25-50 parts by mass of absolute ethyl alcohol, and conducting magnetic stirring for 30-50 min to achieve uniform dispersion; 2, obtaining the dispersion solution obtained in the step 1, adding Na2PdCl4 with the molar ratio of tellurium atoms to palladium atoms being 3 : (1-10) to be dispersed into an ethyl alcohol and ultrapure water mixed solution, conducting N2 aeration, and conducting irradiation reaction for 4-6 h in the presence of an ultraviolet source, so that the finished Te-Pd core-shell nanowire product is obtained, wherein ethyl alcohol and ultrapure water account for 50% of the mixed solution respectively. A core-shell structure is formed by loading the surface of each thin tellurium nanowire with a layer of platinum nano particles, then centrifugal washing and drying are conducted to obtain the finished product, and the Te-Pd core-shell nanowires are intertwined in the microstate. The preparing process is simple, conditions are easy to control, and the prepared one-dimensional continuous Te-Pd core-shell nanowires are large in active area and high in catalysis activity.
