The invention relates to a belt wheel and a manufacturing method thereof, in particular to a two-grade coaxial multi-wedge type high-precision spinning belt wheel and a manufacturing method thereof, and mainly solves such technical problems as influence on usability stability and higher production cost caused by welding heat affected zone rupture and easy deformation of a traditional belt wheel in use in the prior art. The two-grade coaxial multi-wedge type high-precision spinning belt wheel comprises a hub body (1), wherein shaft holes (2) are formed in the hub body (1); synchronous tooth-shaped grooves (3) are formed in the outer surface of the middle part of the hub body; the tooth-shaped effective diameter centers of the synchronous tooth-shaped grooves and the centers of the shaft holes are concentric; each synchronous tooth-shaped groove is horizontally symmetrical, and the center line thereof is perpendicular to the center axis of the hub; arc grooves (4) are formed in the hub body at the two ends of the synchronous tooth-shaped grooves; and the synchronous tooth-shaped grooves are integrally molded through spinning on a gear hobbing machine.
