Tumore del pene di Buschke-Lowenstein: caso clinico

The case is reported of a Buschke-Lowenstein tumour of the penis, a neoplasm characterised by low malignancy but rapid local growth. Glansectomy was performed, with negative section margins; this is considered first choice treatment since satisfactory results can be obtained also in terms of preservation of maximum length of the penis and its functional integrity.
