The first motor rotates and drives the spur rack to slide up and down along the straight column through the first gear assembly, the spur rack drives the slip ring to slide up and down along the straight column, one end of the connecting plate is hinged with the inner connecting part of the upper rotating disk, and the other end of the connecting plate is hinged with the slip ring. The ankle joint passive movement device can provide passive training in various directions and at different frequencies for an ankle joint, a user can adjust the rotational speed and the angle according to tolerance and demand of the user, and training and rehabilitation needs of people can be satisfied.
