Study on Structure and Mechanical Properties of Cr/WC-Ni Composite Alloy Coating by Vacuum Sintering Technology

Cr12MoV die steel was used as basic materoals,prepared complex WC-Ni60 and Cr/WC-Ni60 alloy powders were equably smeared on the samples surface.By vacuum sintering,composite hard alloy coatings were obtained,which its coat structure was even and dense.Surface hardness of Cr/WC-Ni60 coating was higher than that of WC-Ni60.
