FEM Simulation of Bending Rebound of Side Wind Shield of Car

The principle of rebound of side windshield of car in bending is introduced.A FEM model is set up.The drop bending and deformation of rebound of car shield are simulated numerically by explicit dynamic algorithm and implicit static algorithm separately.Refined meshes are applied to guarantee simulation precision.It studies the effect of bending radius of die ring,dropping height of glass and heating temperature on bending rebound.It provides a reference to practical production.
