The invention discloses a precast pile static load test pile head processing method. The precast pile static load test pile head processing method includes the following steps that firstly, a pile is cut off and the unsmooth part of the pile head or the part with loose concrete is cut off; secondly, repairing is carried out and a side wall of the pile head is repaired with mortar in the place which is away from the top of the pile within the distance of 1.5 times of the diameter of the pile; thirdly, primer spreading is carried out and adhesive glue is spread on the side wall of the repaired pile head; fourthly, sticking carbon fiber cloth is performed, two to three layers of the carbon fiber cloth are wound in the primer spreading zone in an adhering mode and the lap joint between the upper layer and the lower layer of a circular surrounding bundle is no less than 5mm. Compared with the prior art, the side wall of the test pile head is processed and then the carbon fiber cloth adheres to the side wall of the test pile head to enhance the compressive strength of the pile head. In the testing process, a clamp is not needed to be connected with a test balance weight, the test balance weight can be directly borne on the pile head, and the precast pile static load test pile head processing method is suitable for a solid core pile and a hollow core pile. The hollow core pile does not need to be filled, the clamp does not need to be applied to the solid core pile, the bearing capacity of the pile head is improved, the pile head is protected against damage and the test efficiency is improved.
