Design of Canvas Model for Team Demand Analysis in the Big Data Era

Complicated as it becomes for the scientific management system to mobilize the enthusiasm of mental workers amid knowledge economy and big data era, how to effectively quantify the standards to measure the contribution of mental workers, and guide them to achieve organic unity of personal and organizational goals is the weakness for the coordination of current team. By means of literature reading, analysis and model design, this paper brings forth different incentive methods for the two major roles in the market economy, so as to improve the effectiveness of the team members. Starting from the two major modules of “Organization” and “Leading”, a team demand analysis canvas model is designed from three stages of team building, which are planning, recruiting and retaining. The design of this model is based on the team demand analysis canvas of Mr. Liu Xianming of HBPU, which aims to improve the effectiveness of team management by forming a set of incentive system models for different roles in the new era.
