Importancia de la calidad en los servicios públicos municipales

This text aims to present the principles of total quality, their input and elements to build a new system of governance that responds to the new reality of contemporary society, which is characterized by trade liberalization lives, the increase levels of competitiveness and the profound shift that gives the political system, which will now be headed by a different political party that held power for more than 70 years in Mexico. The municipalities are in a situation of seeking efficiency and effectiveness of government actions through programs of modernization of the administration, which have common movement of the total enterprise quality elements. So, we will try to raise the usefulness of the concept of total quality in municipal governance, but not before warning that it is not possible to make an automatic and tacit transfer the concept to this area and to serve the community requires a certain political sensitivity and social.
