Economic Comparative Analysis of a Hotel Hot Water System Retrofit

Economic calculation and analysis is carried out of a hotel a hotel hot water system retrofit.Results show that a 600RT sensible heat recovery screw chiller can reduce operating costs RMB227 000 yuan,the initial investment is RMB 1 220 000,the payback period is 5.4 years;a 600RT full heat recovery screw chillers can reduce operating costs RMB 318000 yuan initial investment of RMB 1 280 000 yuan,the payback period is 3.8 years;using a single 120RT heat pump water heaters plus 500 RT centrifugal chillers increases the operating costs of 37 000 initial investment of $ 1770000.
