Separation and Purification Methods of Potato Virus

Potato is considered as the fourth main food crop in China,which is demanded more and more every year.Thus,the cultivation area is also expanding accordingly with the growing international market and great demand for qualified seed potatoes.Therefore,the testing kit for potato virus diseases is also badly needed.The procedures and notices that guarantee high quality virus in potato virus purification were introduced in this research,so as to prepare the high quality virus detection kit.
