Оптимизация электрофизиологической визуализации очаговых поражений миокарда, ассоциированных с внутрижелудочковыми блокадами

Today the problem of electrophysiological differential diagnostics of focal changes in the myocardium associated with bundle branch block has not been solved yet. It is known that in the most cases bifascicular and trifascicular heart blocks of (His-Purkin'e). His system conseal to a variable degree the focal lesion of the left ventricle myocardium acute myocardial infarction, postinfarction cardiosclerosis, myocarditis. It has been studied that there are possibilities of electrophysiological visualization of diagnostics of focal lesions in myocardium associated with intra ventricular blockades in 47 patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis with the help of computer electrocardiographical system: ECG 12 leads, VCG according to MacFy-Parungao and vectoral mapping of the heart. The results of complex electrocardiological visualisation revealed the possibilities of reliable differential evaluation of associated forms of focal lesions of myocardium and the left ventricle blocks of His system in the case of postinfarction cardiosclerosis.
