There are some bases of organizational and economic mechanisms use, aimed at sustainable development of organizations in long perspective outlook in the article. For many russian organizations the solution of the problem can be effective if it leans on the theory and practice of business process reengineering. Use of the reengineering by modern organizations as the most innovative approach to the methods of the operating business structures redesign will let them find new effective solutions,nessesary for overcoming of the crisis phenomena and for the strengthening of the market positions on the basis of innovative solutions.
