A simulation method for D/A converter's dynamic parameters

During the simulation on D/A dynamic parameters,the complicated parameters setting for simulation software always turn to be problems.A new method is proposed in this paper.The new method use 8-bit ideal A/D converter to provide digital sine wave signal for the D/A converter,export circuit netlist and add input signal and sample rate to simulation in Hspice.Then this method implement D/A output signal waveform data from Hspice into Matlab with FFT by programming,and therefore get the dynamic parameters such as SNR,THD,SFDR,ENOB.The simulations results demonstrate that this method can accurately obtain the dynamic parameters.
