Imaging method of image sensor, imaging device and electronic device

The invention discloses an imaging method of an image sensor, an imaging device and an electronic device. The image sensor includes a photosensitive pixel array and an optical filter arranged on the photosensitive pixel array, the optical filter includes a filtering unit array, each filtering unit and a plurality of photosensitive pixels in the photosensitive pixel array which are covered by the filtering unit jointly form a merged pixel, each filtering unit includes a white filtering area and a color filtering area, the white filtering area covers at least one photosensitive pixel, and the color filtering area covers at least one photosensitive pixel. The imaging method includes the steps of: reading an output of a photosensitive pixel array, and extracting pixel values of photosensitive pixels of different merged pixels from a single frame of high-resolution image that is read to be combined, thereby obtaining multiple frames of low-resolution images; and synthesizing the multiple frames of low-resolution images. The imaging method only requires one-frame output of the image sensor to obtain a high-dynamic range image through synthesis, reduces time for waiting for data frames, and preventing generation of ghosting.
