The article reveals the essence of interdepartmental integration for the formation of individual educational path of students. Means of establishing a dialogue is chosen activities of student scientific circle, namely participation in competitive events. The aim in this case is not only the solution of research problems, but also an achievement of integrated approach to the production of new knowledge, which is impossible without building interdisciplinary connections. In the text discusses the features of the organization of the contest «The Best Scientific Circle», it is stages and evaluation system. The problems encountered during the event and the mechanisms of their solution were considered. Attention is drawn to the need to provide information and methodological continuity between departments, since it is this enables to build professional thinking of students. It has been concluded that the construction of interdisciplinary integration allows to provide methodologically educational routes of students, from the first courses in medical school until postgraduate education.
