The internet of things experimental system comprises a monitoring management unit, a ZigBee gateway, a ZigBee wireless sensor unit, a ZigBee input and output control unit and a ZigBee wireless locating unit, wherein the ZigBee gateway is respectively connected with the monitoring management unit, the ZigBee wireless sensor unit, the ZigBee input and output control unit and the ZigBee wireless locating unit; the ZigBee gateway comprises a ZigBee coordinator for organizing and coordinating a ZigBee wireless network, and the ZigBee gateway, the wireless sensor unit and the input and output control unit can form the WSN; the ZigBee wireless locating unit comprises more than three static ZigBee reference nodes and ZigBee locating nodes used for being adhered to a subject matter to locate the subject matter, and the ZigBee reference nodes and the ZigBee locating nodes are connected with the ZigBee coordinator. The internet of things experimental system has the advantages of high degree of intelligence, good network stability, strong flexibility, favorable expansibility, convenience in operation as well as intuition and high efficiency in use.
