The density of the synapses decreased obviously 3 d after PTZ injection and recovered to normal level 7 d and 14 d after PTZ injection. (2)Compared with the curvation forms synaptic interiace of control animals and 3 d after PTZ administration animals, the amount of smile synapses was significantly increased in the molecular layer of dentate gyrus 7 d after PTZ injection.
