The time for surface dry is within 2-3 hours and the time for hard dry is within 21-23 hours, and the product is high in water resistance, does not leak under the pressure of 0.5MPa within 60 minutes, is long in service life and resistant to the high temperature of 100 DEG C, does not bubble within 5 hours, does not crack at 0 DEG C within 5 hours, more than 0.3 in bonding strength and more than 800 percent in elongation at break, and can be produced on a large scale to replace the conventional material continuously.
