Wall or chimney connection band
2003
The invention relates to a tape that serves to bridge columns, for example, to bridge gaps between a roof and a subsequent wall. This tape consists essentially of three layers: two open-pore layers, between which a plastically deformable layer. The open-pore layers are impregnated with a material which is liquid or viscous at exclusion of air and cures on exposure to air. The tape is placed in a hermetically sealed at a construction site and installed there, after which it hardens due to air access.
