The article examines the Parliamentary and Presidential Elections of 2011-2012 in Spain and Venezuela as an object of evocation. The article analyzes the materials of the virtual discourse of the so called the secondary information wave, generating opinions, discussions, assessments on the basis of the news event. The article highlights the role of the precedent items in switching of the discourse modality, their evocational influence in the virtual discourse and construction of social reality.
