Prestress carbon fiber sheet stretch-draw device

2010
The utility model relates to a prestress carbon fiber sheet stretch-draw device, relating to a carbon fiber sheet stretch-draw device and solving the problem that the traditional carbon fiber sheet stretch-draw device has complex structure and high manufacturing cost. In the utility model, a concrete reinforcing beam is arranged among four bottom plates and is positioned on a support plate. A carbon fiber sheet is arranged on two first rollers, the two ends of the carbon fiber sheet respectively round the first rollers and second rollers which correspond to the carbon fiber sheet, and the end part of the carbon fiber sheet rounds the second roller, turns back and is stuck with the carbon fiber sheet at the upper part with epoxy resin glue. When the epoxy resin glue is solidified, a second nut is adjusted to enable a second tensioning screw to move slantwise towards the outer lower part, thereby the carbon fiber sheet is extended, and the stretch-draw effect is achieved. Then a first nut is adjusted again to enable a first tensioning screw to move slantwise towards the outer upper part, thereby the carbon fiber sheet is lifted to the bottom surface position of the concrete reinforcing beam and is stuck on the concrete reinforcing beam. The utility model is used for stretching and drawing the carbon fiber sheet.
