BOWLS BERETS BANGLES FROCKS PRINTS PLATES

A collaborative exhibition by Bruce and Flora McLean of fashion-cum-art ran at the CCA Galleries International in St Helier, Jersey from 2-28th March 2018. Bruce and Flora share a London studio and produce work that is funny, brilliant and accessible. Bruce’s ceramics, monoprints and silkscreens were exhibited alongside Flora’s rubber berets, cuffs and eyewear and a screening of ‘Not a Peep’, the latest, highly stylised short animation by Piers Alsop, that fuses the surreal world of Magritte with the sophistication of House of Flora. On 9th March 2018 Bruce and Flora held a live performance at the gallery with Jordan Ajadi from the Royal Ballet.
