Quasi-Regular Sequences and Regular Sequences

In this article, we give a comparison between the behavior of R-regular sequences under passage to quotient and to localization and that of R-quasi-regular sequences. On the other hand, we use these results to construct two examples of R-quasi-regular sequences which are not R-regular.
