Propiedades eléctricas, ópticas y estructurales de películas delgadas de SnO2 nanoestructuradas, depositadas a partir de acetilacetonatos

Tin oxide (SnO 2 ) thin films, were deposited using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique. The films were deposited on glass substrates using tin acetylacetone dichloride [(C 5 H 8 O 2 ) 2 SnCl 2 ], as raw material, and, N, N-DMF as solvent, at temperatures from 400 to 550oC. The optical, electric and structural properties of thin films obtained using an organometalic precursor are presented.
