为了制备3,-脱氧-3,-18F-氟代胸腺嘧啶核苷(18F-FLT),使用自动化合成装置Tracelab FXFN。以(5,-O-DMTr-2,-deoxy-3,-O-nosyl-β-D-threo-pentofuranosyl)-3-N-BOC-thymine为前体,经过氟代,水解两步反应制得3,-脱氧3,-18F-氟代胸腺嘧啶核苷注射液。合成总时间约50分钟,放化产率约8%-20%,放化纯大于98%。整个合成过程自动化完成,操作简便,灵活.
