The invention relates to an initiating-explosive-device igniter with a super-capacitor module. The initiating-explosive-device igniter comprises an input module, a power module, a charging detonating module and a master control module, wherein the input module, the power module, the charging detonating module and the master control module are sequentially connected. In order to reliably achieve ignition of an initiating explosive device, the design scheme of a high-reliability ignition execution-grade circuit is adopted for a system. The initiating-explosive-device igniter with the super-capacitor module can meet the initiating-explosive-device detonating requirement in the large-current-requiring discharging environment, the applicable voltage range is wide, the applicable temperature range is wide, and the defect that a traditional initiating-explosive-device detonator is prone to failure under the low temperature condition is overcome; the size and the mass of a traditional initiating explosive device are greatly reduced through the circuit and the structure of the initiating-explosive-device igniter with the super-capacitor module, carrying is convenient, safety is good, battery pollution is avoided, the service life is long, maintenance is convenient, and maintenance cost is greatly reduced.
