Application of Fault Tree in Loader Hydraulic System Fault Diagnosis

Fault tree analysis method was used to loader hydraulic system fault diagnosis.According to working principle and failure mechanism of the hydraulic system,the fault tree was built,failure analysis and positioning were made.Practice proves that the fault tree analysis method is easy,practical and realiable.The way is useful when it is used to diagnose hydraulic system fault.
