The invention discloses an automatic laser welding machine electrically connected with a controller. The automatic laser welding machine comprises a positioning and rotating device, a vision identity device, a laser welding device and a welding protective device. A precision electronic element comprises at least two welding parts, and is carried on the positioning and rotating device; the positioning and rotating device conducts secondary positioning on the precision electronic element; a conveying device conveys the positioning and rotating device to a laser welding position; the positioning and rotating device rotates the precision electronic element at least twice while being conveyed to the laser welding position; the vision identity device identifies the coordinates of a welding part exposed in each time of rotating and sends the coordinates to the controller; the controller controls the laser welding device to weld the welding parts; and the welding protective device provides nitrogen in the welding process.
