Investigation and Countermeasures on the Current Situation of Patients’ Demand for Nursing Workers in Chifeng Area

In order to understand the current situation of the needs of patients for nursing workers in Chifeng City, and to explore the practical management mode of nursing workers, in order to improve the quality of nursing workers and adapt to and meet the social needs, 200 inpatients or family members who were admitted to hospital for more than one week were randomly selected for questionnaire survey. The results of the investigation were analyzed to provide countermeasures and suggestions for nursing management in Chifeng area.
