When the cable leading car moves in a tunnel, the cable leading car sometimes encounters obstacles, or when a road is not flat, the change of a load is caused, the current is changed at that time, the obstacles seriously hinder the cable lead car, the driving function is increased, and thus motor burning and electrical component damage are caused. A rotation speed acquisition module is arranged and a resistor can be used, when the current and voltage borne by the resistor is too large, a signal processing circuit sends a feedback to a processor, the processor controls a control switch to be switched off through a driving circuit, the power supply of the car body motor can be cut, thus the car body motor is protected, and the electrical components are protected.
