Spin precession of neutrons in nonmagnetic single crystals

Abstract Diffraction of slow neutrons in nonmagnetic single crystals in the presence of an external steady homogeneous magnetic field is considered. It is shown that in this case precession of neutron spin takes place at a few frequencies.
