Defect detection device for floor radiant heating buried coil pipe

2010
The utility model provides a defect detection device for a floor radiant heating buried coil pipe. The defect detection device is used for fast detecting whether a defect exists in the floor radiant heating buried coil pipe or not and determining the position of the defect by an infrared imager before central heating. The defect detection device is characterized in that the defect detection device comprises a PC (personal computer) machine, a temperature control device, a PLC (programmable logic controller) module, an air pump, a digital pressure sensor, a digital flow sensor and connection hoses, wherein the air pump conveys the air heated by the temperature control device after the air pump is connected with the temperature control device; the digital pressure sensor and the digital flow sensor are used to measure the pressure and the flow rate at the inlet and the outlet of the buried coil pipe, and digital signal is transmitted to the PLC module; finally, the PC machine calculates to determine whether the defect exists in the buried coil pipe or not; if the defect exists, the infrared imager measures the temperature field of the floor to determine the position of the defect of the buried coil pipe. The defect detection device is easy in operation, convenient to carry and applied to various building structures and has low cost.
