Innovación y desarrollo territorial: caso de estudio Cantón Huaca Provincia del Carchi

Innovar is a term widely used and applied in different fields not only of knowledge, but business is this public or private, which has allowed to improve products, services, expansion of production processes, change in organization and management. The present article makes an analysis of the innovation and different epistemological conceptions, relation of the same with the territorial development; Is charac terized the innovative territories from economic, social and cultural approaches according to an environment that seeks to live. It continues the study of factors of impulse in the construction of innovative territories and ends with a presentation of ana lysis of a case study of the Huaca Canton in the Province of Carchi
