ОБОСНОВАНИЕ ПРИОРИТЕТНЫХ НАПРАВЛЕНИЙ ОБУСТРОЙСТВА СЕЛЬСКИХ ТЕРРИТОРИЙ РЕГИОНА С ЦЕЛЬЮ СОЗДАНИЯ ДОСТОЙНОЙ МОТИВАЦИОННОЙ СРЕДЫ

In this article there were investigated the social conditions of the rural population of the Republic of Mordovia. It is proved that the village currently is the most depressing social environment. With the use of correlation-regression method evaluated the infl uence of the level of amenities and design of rural areas on the economic effi ciency of agricultural production. The result was the identifi cation of priorities in the funding of social infrastructure of rural areas of the Republic of Mordovia: housing construction, development of retail and consumer services. The proposed method allows to estimate objectively the priorities for funding of social infrastructure and developing a resettlement strategy for rural areas in the region, that eventually contributes to the development of effective motivational climate in the agricultural sector of the economy, raising interest in the results of production and the welfare of rural workers.
