The method comprises the following steps: cleaning repair areas of the retaining shoulder; drilling holes in the repair areas vertically, implanting twisted steel bars in holes and fixing the twisted steel bars; repairing the repair areas by adopting repairing materials. The drilling device adopted by the repair method comprises a base, a scale bar, a spacing ring, a brake bar and a drilling mechanism, wherein a drill head is arranged on a drilling machine; the base is fixed on the retaining shoulder; the scale bar is fixed on the base and is perpendicular to the base; a plurality of scale grooves are formed in the scale bar; one end of the spacing ring is fixedly connected with the drilling machine; the other end of the scale bar is clamped into the scale grooves; the spacing ring can moves in two adjacent scale grooves; the brake bar is arranged on the spacing ring. According to the invention, because the steel bars are implanted in the repair areas, the combination degree of the repairing materials and the repair areas is high, the phenomenon of falling is not likely to occur, the repairing is convenient and efficient, the construction period is short, the practicability is strong, and the repair effect is good.
