The paper outlines the problem of the production of car body sheets manufactured for the automotive industry, and risks that are associated with it. The proposed sheet metal bodywork of aluminum-magnesium carries a high risk of fire in the preparatory process which is necessary in order to proceed to the appropriate manufacturing process by rolling a special method of ARB specifically designed for this purpose.
