NOTAS SOBRE CROCE E DROYSEN

This paper examines the presence of the Prussian historian Johann Gustav Droysen in the historical thinking of the Italian philosopher and historian Benedetto Croce. As will be pointed out, such a presence has not always been evaluated in the same way, but in any case it constitutes a fundamental reference in the constitution of both Croce’s epistemological and political thought.
