The invention relates to aminoalkyl-functional organosilicon compounds in which the aminoalkyl groups are connected via an oxygen atom to the silicon of the organosilicon compounds, wherein the adjacent the oxygen atom of carbon atom of the aminoalkyl group carries one or two hydrocarbon radicals, wherein the number of carbon atoms of the other two hydrocarbon radicals together contain at least is two, and a method for their preparation.
