The Use of the Hankel Transform to Solve Nonstationary Diffusion Problem

We use the integral Hankel transform to study a nonstationary diffusion problem caused by interaction of electrons and a semiconductor homogeneous target. We discuss the possibility of applying the Hankel transform to problems with a multilayer target.
