Digital noise-resistant SVD-Wiener filter

The noise-resistant method of image surveillance is described. The comparative analysis of known methods of recovery of images against hindrances of various nature is carried out. Examples of effective "singular" suppression of hindrances in a problem of video surveillance and control are given.
