On the Training of the Civic Political Participation and Consciousness in China

Since the policies of reform and opening-up,China has made great progress in the political civilization construction,and the citizens' consciousness has been raised considerably for the political participation.However,there are still many problems,such as irrational participation in political affairs,lack of strong desirability to take part in the politics affairs(the large proportion of mobilization in political participation),defecting in effective participation mechanism and so on.
