Determination of Cholesterin in Leicithin from Egg with HPLC-ELSD

The Cholesterin in Leicithin from egg was analysized with HPLC ELSD, The conditions are as follow: using hypersil ODS C 18 Column(150?mm×4.6?mm, 5?μm), CH 3CN∶CH 3OH∶(CH 3) 2CHOH=10∶80∶10 as mobile phase, the flow rat 1?ml·min -1 , the temperature of column 25?℃, the gas flow rate 2?L·min -1 , the tube temp 85?℃. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0.22～1.83?μg for cholesterin(r=0.9998). The average recovery(n=5) is 99.53%. The method is rapid, accurate, and reliable.
