The present invention comprises: an exposure portion formed by removing an upper portion of a PHC pile for an end portion in a steel wire of the PHC pile to be exposed; a steel material inserted into the exposure portion to cover the steel wire, having an insertion groove portion to which the steel wire is inserted to be coupled; and a connection portion maintaining a state in which the steel material is inserted to be coupled to the steel wire.
