Neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet crane for lifting wire rod

2012
The present invention discloses a neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet crane for lifting a wire rod. The neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet crane comprises a strip magnetic crane with a n-shaped cross-section, the end surface on the bottom end of the magnetic crane is fixed with a neodymium-iron-boron magnet, the motor is fixed on the top end of the magnetic crane, the transmission gear on the motor and the rotation shaft arranged inside the magnetic crane form a transmission connection through a sector gear, the rotation shaft is provided with a drive gear, a driven gear is engaged with the drive gear to form a transmission set, and the transmission set forms a transmission connection with a material returning device and drives the material returning device to work. The neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet crane has the following beneficial effects that: electric energy is not consumed during an object drawing process, and electric energy consumption is reduced.
