Coin counting and quantitative packaging device

The invention relates to a coin counting and quantitative packaging device. A servo motor is arranged on the lower end surface of a four-foot support; the servo motor, a pressure sensor, and an optical fiber sensor are respectively connected with a servo amplifier; the output shaft of the servo motor is sequentially connected with a coin automatic sub packaging and quantitative packaging device and a coin automatic counting device via a coupler; the lower end of a driving shaft is connected with the coupler and the upper end is connected with a bearing seat and a bearing; the bearing seat and the bearing are fixed on the upper end surface of the four-foot support; a shifting yoke and a locking ring are fixed and connected in the middle of the driving shaft; the shifting yoke and the locking ring are connected in a matching mode with a groove wheel; an indexing table is fixedly connected onto the groove wheel; gathering tubes are placed on the indexing table; a cam is connected with the driving shaft and connected with a coin conveying sliding block via a roller; the coin conveying sliding block is connected with a pull spring; a coin collecting tube is arranged on the coin conveying sliding block; the bottom part of the coin collecting tube is provided with a pressure sensor; and the optical fiber sensor is arranged on the coin conveying sliding block via a support seat. The coin counting and quantitative packaging device is simple in structure, the coin counting precision and the coin sub packaging efficiency are effectively improved, and labor cost can be saved greatly.
